My friends at school say that the PS3 stimulus package will include new guns and perks too along with the maps. I get back in enough time to get brad the medicine but why do I fail a scoop and lose the rest of the cases

I entered the Token the first day I got Alan Wake,and I am told I will receive the new code for the DLC in an email either a few days before or a few days after the DLC came out.
Why haven't I received it?
